MONTANA SPICE BLEND
“BIG SKY CHEF” SPICE RUB

4 CUPS CHILI POWDER
4 CUPS GRANULATED GARLIC
1 CUP WHOLE THYME
1 CUP WHOLE OREGANO
1 CUP WHOLE TARRAGON
1 CUP CAFÉ GRIND BLACK PEPPER
1/2 CUP KOSHER SALT
MIX ALL SPICES IN A STAINLESS BOWL

USE STRAIGHT AS A SEASONING, OR DIP MEAT INTO OIL
AND DREDGE IN A MIXTURE OF
1 PART SEASONING, 1 PART FLOUR,
THEN SEAR ON BROILER OR HOT GRILL.

I don't share this too often. Try this for Fajitas, or use as a alternative Blackening spice. Let me Know what you think.
